Job Title: Mobile Associate – Hospitality and Concierge Services
Location: Dallas, TX
Hours: 32 hours per week
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and concierge services across multiple client sites in the Dallas area. This role supports front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment and providing seamless support across various accounts. The ideal candidate will bring strong hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-of-house services, greeting clients and visitors, managing visitor access, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Offer concierge assistance, managing inquiries, reservations, and client needs to enhance the overall experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact at each location, adapting quickly to varied environments.
- Maintain accurate schedules, coordinate updates, and communicate efficiently through Microsoft Office tools.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all locations supported.
Supported Locations:
This position will primarily support locations within Dallas, both in the downtown area and surrounding suburbs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality or concierge roles, with preference for mobile or multi-site experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work across multiple sites as needed within the Dallas area.
